  • Annual Gathering Date: Nov. 9-10, 2011

    The ICA Annual Meeting date is now the second week of November on Wednesday and Thursday; two full days and evenings. The following outlines all meetings during the meeting week.

     .Schedule:

    November  8 By Invitation
    • Ambassador Apostles Meeting 3:00 – 6:00 PM
    • Speakers and Ambassadors Reception 7:30 – 9:00 PM
    November 9 & 10 Members and Guests Daytime: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
    Evening: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM   Evening Service each night: worship, speaker, prayer.
    November 11 Council Only ICA Council Meeting 9:30 – 11:30 AM

    Meeting Registration Rates: (Registration includes buffet lunches Wed.-Thurs.)

    1. Rate: $150.00 for all ICA members including First Nation & Internationals
    2. ICA Member spouse and children 16+: $150.00/ea
    3. Guests: $200.00  (An unlimited number of qualified guests may attend.)
    4. Product Table: $150.00 each. Note: Assistants pay guest rate. All tables inside the ballroom.
    5. Please register by October 31.
       
    6. NOTE: At the Door Fee: $250.00 Member or Guest.

    .CANCELLATION POLICY:

    1. Before October 30: Refund, less $35 Administration Fee.
    2. After October 30: No Refund – however, Registration may be transferred to a substitute participant with advance notice.
